Lemon-Blueberry Pound Cake

INGREDIENTS
FOR POUND CAKE
- Cooking, for pan
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons plus 2 tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 pt. Blueberries, a few reserved for topping
FOR GLAZE
2 tablespoons. Lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Beat together sugar and butter till fluffy and light. Add lemon zest and vanilla extract and beat till blended.
- In another medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups flour, salt, and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just blended, and stir. In a medium bowlcombine the majority of the blueberries with remaining 2 tbsp flour and toss to coat.
- Make glaze: in a medium bowlwhisk together sugar and lemon juice. Pound cake over cooled and function.
