CINNAMON SPICE CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

And rather than using applesauce plus a spice mix, you are only going to use nutmeg: ground cloves, cinnamon, and a couple spices you already have available. So yummy, although so simple!

Ingredients
Cake:
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- ⅛ Teaspoon Cloves
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 Cup Melted Coconut Oil (I use elegant, so there Is Not Any coconut taste )
- 2 Eggs
Frosting:
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions
Cake:
- In a large bowl, then combine of the cake ingredients together.
- Add eggs, vanilla, coconut oil, and water and blend well.
- Pour batter into a greased 8x8 cake pan (it could be thick).
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or till middle top of cake is tender.
- Allow cake to completely cool.
Frosting:
- Beat softened cream cheese till fluffy.
- Insert heavy cream and Gentle Sweet and beat for 1-2 minutes.
Notes
- If you don't have exactly the Healthy Mama Baking Blend, then you are able to use 1/3 cup all flax meal milk, and milk.
- My Low Carb Powdered Sugar can be used by you in equivalent quantities, if you don't have Gentle Sweet.
