Anyways back to the cake that is worthy. The cake itself is not sweet. It's a vanilla cake which gets most of the sweetness of it . We believe keeping the cake easier is better Considering that the filling isn't just your run of the mill frosting.

I believe that once you taste this cake you'll do the happy dance. So will everybody around you. They'll smile from ear to ear.

This cake is straightforward to assemble. On the domes cut on . Place a cake slit onto a 12 inch round cake board. ( that makes it easier to suspend ) Scoop out 1 1/2 cup of the chocolate chip frosting onto the cake slice

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups bread
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 round cake pans
  • 1 cake leveler
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Vanilla Frosting Ingredients

  • 2 cups softened
  • Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 5-8 tbsp heavy cream
  • Hocolate chip biscuits

Directions

Cake Directions

  •  Preheat oven to 350 pan with baking soda. Set aside
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt until blended. Put aside.
  •  With a standing mixer, cream butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs1 at a time until blended after each egg.
  •  Divide the batter between the 3 strands and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out blank
  •  Cream butter, powdered sugar and the brown sugar until blended.
  • Gradually beat in the flour.

Vanilla Frosting Directions

1. With a standing mixer, beat together all ingredients until combined and smooth. Set aside

Decorating Directions

1. With a cake leveler, cut on off the domes the cake pieces

2. Place one cake slit onto a 12 inch round cake board

3. Scoop out 1 1/2 cup of the chocolate chip frosting onto the cake slit and smooth using a spatula

3. Place the cake slit onto the chocolate chip frosting

4. Repeat measures with a different 1 1/2 C chip frosting

5. Put the cake slit onto the layer of chocolate chip cookie dough

6. Scoop 2 C vanilla frosting onto the top of the cake and smooth evenly using the angled spatula

7. Frost the cake's sides.

8. Remaining frosting into the bag.

9. Put a chocolate chip cookie cutter into the dollops
