Healthier Chocolate Cake


This much healthier, low calorie chocolate cake is made with a chocolate cake mix, chocolate Greek yogurt and topped with a light & Tasty chocolate whipped frosting! You won't think that every serving is just 200 calories.




Plus, I have not had a dessert which has been"skinny" that really tasted good... before this lanky chocolate cake! You guys, I'm so in love with this particular chocolate cake . It tastes like paradise and you'd never guess that every serving is less than 200 calories!

No mixer wanted! Blend the ingredients and then pour into a dish. You are going to get a chocolate cake that is thick and puffy. Let frost that cool and needless to say, add a few sprinkles or other toppings.

Ingredients

  • chocolate cake
  • 1 box (15.25 ounce ) milk chocolate cake mix don't prepare
  • 2 containers (5.3 ounce each) chocolate Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water

frosting

  • 1 cup 1 percent milk
  • 1 box (1.4 ounce ) sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 ounces ) lite Cool Whip thawed

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Put aside.
  • In a mixing bowlcombine dry cake mix, Greek yogurt, and warm water. Stir together with spatula, wooden spoon, or a wire whisk. Be certain to mix it till it blended. Approximately 1-2 minutes.
  • Evenly disperse the cake batter into the prepared baking dish and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • Let cool completely.
  • For the frosting: blend the milk, dry pudding mix, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Use beaters that are handheld, or a wire whisk, to whip together for approximately 1-2 minutes. It will thicken up after a few moments.
  • Add the Cool Whip and stir together until blended.
  • Spread over cooled cake and top with sprinkles of selection, or leave plain.
  • Drink immediately or you'll be able to let it simmer for a few hours prior to serving.
