If you are likely to knit-pick to get a drawback to such biscuits it is the dough requires heating. Do not skip this step. Your life will be simpler and your biscuits will probably be better if you do not.

The Chocolate Chip Cake Batter Cookies recipe is accurate to the first with a couple tweaks. I utilized sprinkles, in addition to fewer of these and opted for chocolate chips. I enjoy my biscuits a bit less"loaded". I have a tendency to lean towards less.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 plus 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put aside.
  • In a large bowl with an electric mixer, cream together sugar and butter on medium speed. Add egg whites and vanilla extract; blend until creamy.
  • Why do NOT dough.
  • Cover and simmer for no less than one hour. This makes the dough manageable and helps stop over-spreading.
  • Scoop dough into tbsp balls, or use a disher to scoop balls of bread. Keep dough.
  • Cookies might be soft in the center but will set as they are cool.
