INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

- Prepare the lemon curd. Set egg yolk and the eggs into a small sauce pot; rescue the egg whites. Strain the freshly squeezed juice of pulp and seeds add to the mix. Heat the lemon curd over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. The curd needs to thicken until it retains its shape.
