Lemon Coffee Cake
We spoke several times and that he helped me brainstorm recipe thoughts. The concept of a coffee cake seemed, so it was written by me .

Lemon Crumb Cake
We love the crumb topping, it has zest in it!
CAKE CRUMB LEMON
ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons lemon zest, from approximately 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
TOPPING CRUMB
- 6 TBB sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 6 tsp unsalted buttercut into portions that are smaller
Instructions:
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, salt and lemon zest. When the butter has been cut in (pea sized pieces of butter are great!) Put the crumb topping from the refrigerator.
- Remove and sour cream so that they can eventually become room temperature.
- Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl. Put aside.
- Beat sugar and the butter together using a mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice, till incorporated, beat.
- Add the sour cream.
- Add half time, dry ingredients until integrated mixing with hand spatula.
- Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish. Transfer the sauce that is lemon to the disperse.
- Eliminate the crumb topping in the refrigerator, spread it dividing large pieces.
- For 45 minutes or till a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
