KETO VANILLA MUG CAKE (PALEO, VEGAN)
An excellent fluffy and moist vanilla beverage cake created out of protein powder and can be low-carb - It is also prepared in under a minute! This Keto Vanilla Mug Cake requires under a minute to create in the microwave or 12 minutes - It is vegan paleo, sugar and fermented free!
Ever since I have started weight training frequently, I have made an attempt to add nourishment to all of my snacks and meals. In contrast to popular belief, you may add protein powder to desserts, particularly into tasting cakes.
For people who can tolerate milk, I suggest using casein protein powder.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder 32-34 g
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener of choice

- 1 teaspoon chocolate chips of choice discretionary
Directions
- For your microwave choice
- Add the milk of vanilla and selection infusion - When the batter is too crumbly, keep incorporating milk of option until a batter is formed.
- For the toaster choice
- Follow above, however bake in the oven for 8-15 minutes, depending on consistency needed - Mug cake is cooked after a toothpick comes out'only' clean out of the middle.
Notes
* To the vegetarian choice, you won't require any carrot eggs/egg substitute- Just omit and gradually add milk of option until a thick batter is formed. Microwave/bake till'only' .
