Angel Food Cake

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 egg whites from eggs room temperature
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract discretionary
- 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor spin sugar about 2 minutes before it's superfine.
- Half the sugar with the bread along with the salt, setting the sugar.
- Mix together for approximately 1 minute .
- Gradually sift the sugar that is allowed , beating at moderate speed.
- As soon as you've reached medium peaks, then sift a lot of the bread mixture in to dust on the top of the foam. With a spatula fold in lightly.
- Continue until the flour mixture all is included.
- Spoon mixture into an ungreased tube pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes before checking for doneness using a skewer. (When added halfway between the outer and inner wall, the skewer should come out dry).
- Before removing from pan on cooling rack for at least an hour, cool down.
