Chocolate Guinness Cake
Coffee + stout = 1. Be certain that your Guinness is space temperature. It makes it simpler to integrate into the batter.

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking, for pan
- 1 c. Guinness stout, in room temperature
- 10 tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder, and more
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 2 thirds flour
- 2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
FOR FROSTING
- Block cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowlwhisk to blend sugar free butter, cocoa powder, and Guinness. Add vanilla, eggs, and sour cream to bowl and whisk until no lumps remain.
- Add to Guinness mix and whisk until smooth.
- Add sugar and beat until fluffy and light. Add salt and vanilla and blend until blended. Frost top of cake.
