Irish Cream Poke Cake

Cream Poke Cake isn't hard to make using a box of chocolate cake mix. Create the cake batter depending on the box directions, trading 1/4 cup of water to get Cream out.
Pour so it slips into the holes. Refrigerate for 1 hour then top with cream that is Irish.

Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Cream
- Grated chocolate optional, to garnish
Directions
- Make cake at a 9x13-inch pan according to package instructions, EXCEPT trade 1/4 cup of water out . (by way of instance, if box claims to include 1 1/4 cups water, then add 1 cup water and 1/4 cup Irish Cream.)
- Let cake cool for 10 minutes then poke holes around the top towards a wooden spoon's end.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sweetened heavy cream, condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Cream. Gently pour over cake.
- Beat with electric mixer until mixture becomes thick. Keep refrigerated.
- If desired sprinkle with grated chocolate.
