Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Buttermilk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and F 2 - 8" or 9" cake pans
- Utilizing the mixer, cream the sugar and butter for 3-4 minutes or till fluffy
- Add vanilla and the oil. Continue on mixing
- Add the eggs one at a time. Sides and bottom of this mixer using a spatula
- Insert 1/3 of this bread add 1/3 of the buttermilk. Repeat the procedure for switching the wet and dry components
- Shake pans contrary to the counter to remove air bubbles
- Add a skewer in the center of the cake and if it comes out clean the cake is prepared.
- Remove from oven and let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes
- Cakes will be more easy to frost once they are cooled
