Keto Strawberries and Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake Batter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 0.3ounce Box of sugar free strawberry jell-o gelatin it is the tiniest box that they market
  • 8 tablespoons butter room temperature 1 rod
  • 4 eggs big separated
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/3 cup freeze dried berries, crushed
  • 3 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/3 cup freeze dried berries, crushed or longer if desired

***Extra layer of pudding ( discretionary please visit recipe notice in the bottom or recipe)

IIf you choose to use it as an additional layer between cake layers to the accession of this whipped cream it'll add 1.6 additional grams carbs per piece. Cook according to directions using milk rather than fat free and let cool before using.

Directions

  • Whisk together the milk, erythritol, baking powder, salt, package of powder, along with the freeze dried berries
  • In a large bowl add the 2 egg yolks one at cream, vanilla infusion, yogurt, and a time.

  • Build the cake top with whipped cream put cake on top and cover cake from cream. If desired, decorate with the chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with crushed berries. Love!!!

Notes

***The cake I've images of has a coating of jell-o sugar free cook and serve vanilla pudding that's optional. In case you choose to use it it will add 1.6 g of extra carbohydrates to every slice.
