- 1 Box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 Cups shredded carrots that were peeled

Ingredients
- Place paper baking soda 1 muffin cup.
- Cupcake 15 to 20 minutes or till toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan to cool eliminate soda and discard. Place cupcake until ready to freeze. Divide remaining batter equally between around pans (approximately 2 1/4 cups per day ). Bake 28 to 33 minutes or till toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Frost cake rounds with 2/3 cup frosting between layers. Reserve 1/2 cup. Attach 22 PEEPS bunnies around bottom edge of cake, pressing to attach to cake.
- Add yellow and red gel food colours to allowed 1/2 cup frosting to lighten orange. Cupcake out of freezer; frost bottom half cupcake with peel, and put side down in center of cake. Keep on frosting to pay cupcake.
- Using photo as a guide, sprinkle round cookie foundation of cupcake. Cut ginger twist in half an hour. Pull ends of half to appear to be a carrot top. Press complete end into top of cupcake to finish the carrot. Put PEEPS® rabbit next to carrot.
- Expert Tips
- For the best results, use holes box grater to shred carrots to your carrot cake. Carrots shredded coarsely (instead of finely) will bring about your cake using the appropriate texture.
- Pipe onto cupcake for simplicity, and conclude using an offset metal spatula to produce lines or feel to seem like carrot.
