Ingredients
For the cake
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 grams sugar
- 150 g sugar

For your drizzle
- 200 g sugar
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 120 g butter
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup or honey

For the frosting
- 350 gram cream cheese at room temperature
- 120 gram butter at room temperature
- 120 gram powdered sugar
- 1/2 lemon juiced
Directions
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt and spices in a bowl. Eggs buttermilk, oil and vanilla . Stir dry mixture into the wet mixture till you get a smooth batter. Theres no trouble Whether there are a few stripes of flour.
- Stir in the sausage ensuring to book the liquid.
- Spread the batter into the traces mould and bake for half an hour, then cover with foil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean with some moist crumbs.

Recipe Notes
