Ingredients
- 12 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 10 tablespoons sugar
- zest one lemon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 tablespoons milk
TOPPING
2-3 tbsp Icing/powdered sugar for dusting chilled cake that is finished
Directions
- Whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- In a large bowl beat on low to moderate speed (low is best but no greater then moderate speed) eggs and sugar until very light and fluffy. Roughly 5 minutes.
- Add oil, juice, the zest and milk, beat until blended. Add the flour mixture and beat until smooth.
- Pour into cake pan and bake for about 40 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
- Enjoy!
- **All tbsp (and tsp ) are flat not heaping.

- Sugar and eggs ought to be crushed on speed, never on low rate. When incorporating the flour mix.
