Pineapple Upside Down Bundt Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c. lemon juice pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 large eggs
- 4 pieces halved, pineapple
- 8 maraschino cherries
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowlwhisk melted butter and sugar then pour mixture.
- Place halved cherries and pineapple rings round the pan's foundation.
- In a large bowlbeat together cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, water, and egg whites. Pour batter over pineapples and cherries.
- Let cake cool for 10 minutes in pan, then slide a knife (or a small offset spatula) about edges and center to launch cake. Invert cake serving.
- Serve hot or at room temperatu
