Pineapple Upside Down Bundt Cake

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c. lemon juice pineapple juice
1/2 c. water
3 large eggs
4 pieces halved, pineapple
8 maraschino cherries

DIRECTIONS

In a bowlwhisk melted butter and sugar then pour mixture.
Place halved cherries and pineapple rings round the pan's foundation.
In a large bowlbeat together cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, water, and egg whites. Pour batter over pineapples and cherries.
Let cake cool for 10 minutes in pan, then slide a knife (or a small offset spatula) about edges and center to launch cake. Invert cake serving.
Serve hot or at room temperatu
