Pineapple Upside Down Bundt Cake




INGREDIENTS

  1.     1/2 c. lemon juice pineapple juice
  2.     1/2 c. water
  3.     3 large eggs
  4.     4 pieces halved, pineapple
  5.     8 maraschino cherries

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowlwhisk melted butter and sugar then pour mixture.
  2. Place halved cherries and pineapple rings round the pan's foundation.
  3. In a large bowlbeat together cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, water, and egg whites. Pour batter over pineapples and cherries.
  4. Let cake cool for 10 minutes in pan, then slide a knife (or a small offset spatula) about edges and center to launch cake. Invert cake serving.
  5. Serve hot or at room temperatu
