I made some of the chocolate cake recipes on the market, but those were not perfect enough for my taste or rather moist enough. I did a little experimentation and thinking and I came up with the vegan chocolate cake recipe!

Ingredients

Chocolate Cake

  1. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  2. 2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 cup peppermint oil OR melted coconut oil
  6. 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  7. Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
  8. 1 1/2 cups ground equilibrium vegan butter, softened baking sticks favored
  9. Sugar
  10. 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  1. For your Chocolate Cake
  2. In addition, I line them and lightly flour for elimination of the cakes.

  10. Add the vegan that is softened butter and blend with a hand mixer until creamed and nicely blended.
  11. Add half the sugar and half those almond milk, and blend until blended. Insert the remainder of the sugar and vanilla extract. Mix turn to high, and beginning on reduced. Mix until also combined and fluffy.
  12. If the frosting seems too moist and does not hold the form of it, add sugar till it thickens up.
  13. Frost the cake.
  14. The recipe will yield roughly 24 cupcakes.
