Colorful Cake


This vanilla cake coated in the buttercream and is full of fresh raspberries. It also just so happens to be sporting a few of the most visually striking (and simple ) decorating approaches I have tried out. INGREDIENTS

For Your Cake

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  7. 1 tablespoon lemon zest

For Your Vanilla Buttercream:

  1. 3 pounds confectioners sugar 1300g
  2. 1.5 pound butter 681g, unsalted
  3. 2 tablespoons vanilla paste
  4. 5 tablespoon cream
  5. Water increased
  6. multiple food colorings

  1. To get baking too I use cake strips in my pans.
  2. Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl that is big.
