- 3/4 packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch kosher salt
- 2 oranges, peeled, cored, and chopped 1/2" thick

- Cooking spray
- 3/4 tsp. Baking powder
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 big Nellie's Free Range Eggs
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. milk
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan over moderate heat, melt butter sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. 2 minutes until thickened,.
- Pour caramel sauce.
- In a large bowlwhisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg together.
- Using a hand mixer, beat together sugars and butter . Add of the dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Pour milk and mix. Add remaining ingredients until just blended, and stir.
