I shared with the recipe with cheesecake and raspberry filling. However, that cake had a thin layer of desserts and cream cheese filling . I enjoyed a lot of thick coating of cheesecake my cake. That cake was something involving cheesecake and cake. And you now how far I adore cheesecakes...

Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Crumb Cake is yummy dessert for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tsp baking powder
  2. 1/4 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 3/4 cup butter- cut and cold in cubes
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2 tsp vanilla
  7. 16 oz. Lotion cheese-softened
  8. 1/2 cup sugar
  9. Two Tablespoons corn starch
  10. Two eggs-slightly defeated
  11. 1 tsp vanilla
  12. 1 and 2/3 cups blueberries
  13. 2-3 tsp cream or milk

Directions

  1. Stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and sugar.
  2. Add butter in dry ingredients mix and work it together with hands or media with a fork (you may use the mixer if you want ). Work it until it is grainy.
  3. Add vanilla and eggs and blend to blend. When it's to sandy squeeze it together with your palms.
  4. Press roughly 2/3 of this mix in the base and side (roughly 1 1/2 inch elevation ) of this pan. Set crumbs from the refrigerator and the pan.
  5. To make the filling blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and corn starch to blend. Mix to combine and add eggs, don't overdo it.
  6. Pour half of this mix in crust . Spread remaining cheesecake mix. Top with crumbs and raspberries.
  7. Bake in 350 F until golden brown and toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean, about 50-60 minutes, until the centre has set.
  8. To make the glaze stir together powdered sugar and cream or milk. If it is too thick add more milk When it's too thin add sugar.
