INGREDIENTS
Cake dry components
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups oil
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Cake moist ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
DIRECTIONS

- Preheat your oven.
- Grease three 8-inch cake pans and line the bottom. As coconut oil may render a coconut flavor I would rather wash my pans. Set aside.
- Add the dry ingredients all and whisk together.
- Insert the wet ingredients all into a medium. Pour to the dry and simmer together to make your cake batter.
- Evenly divide the batter between the three pans and cook until a toothpick comes out clean, or for 28-30 minutes.

LISA'S TIPS
My period of 28-30 minutes relies on a normal oven. I would recommend checking the cakes at 23-24 minutes when you are using a convection oven or in case your oven will cook.
