Ingredients

- 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- Sugar granulated
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Ganache
Directions
- Put butter and chocolate chips into a microwave safe. Microwave for 30 minutes at a time, until everything is smooth and melted, stirring in between.
- Pour sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer to beat until blended. Don't over blend. Scrape bottom and the sides of the bowl is blended in.
- Bake in the toaster.
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Run a knife around the edges to loosen, and turn the cake. Let cool.
- By putting chocolate chips into a 11, make the ganache. Heat cream till simmering in the microwave, about 45 minutes.
- Pour over chocolate chips. Let stand 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Spread ganache on the cake's top. Let cool before slicing and serving.
