Ingredients
- Two 1/4 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 large peaches, peeled and chopped (about 2 cups)
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- Cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions:
- In a medium size bowl, whisk together the flour. Put aside.
- In a large bowl beat until creamy. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy and light.
- Beat in the eggsone at a time. Add from vanilla and the yogurt and continue to conquer until smooth and incorporated.
- Add in of the flour mixture. Fold the cream cheese that is cubed .
- In a large skillet, melt butter over moderate heat. Add the sugar and simmer until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
- Add the peaches and stir till well coated (approximately 3-5 minutes). Pour over the peaches.
- Bake for 1 houror until a toothpick comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from the borders.
- Cake in Bundt pan for 15-20 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
- In a medium size bowl, beat butter and the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar and beat till blended. Add vanilla and the cinnamon and stir to blend.
- Drizzle half over the cake that is hot. Allow cake to cool and drizzle frosting on the top.
