Peek-a-boo Ghost 'Boxed' Pound Cake




Ingredients

For 8 servings

  1. 1 box pound cake mixture
  2. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 stick butter
  4. 3 ounce chocolate, melted (85 gram )
  5. 2 eggs

Planning


  1. Slice the vanilla pound cake because the exact same depth as a ghost. Cut out with having a cookie cutter, the cake. Put aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine butter, cocoa powder, pound cake mix, melted chocolate, milk, and egg whites. Mix until well blended.
  3. From the greased and lined loaf pan, then add 1/3 of this batter. Line the cut pound cake in the center of the pan .
  4. Pour remainder of the batter within the cake.
  5. Smooth the top and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
