This Rainbow Crepe Cake Is Almost Too Beautiful To Eat
INGREDIENTS
- 6 tbsp butter
- 3 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- Two 1/4 cups bread
- 7 tablespoons sugar
- Red food coloring
- Orange food coloring
- Yellow food coloring
- Green food coloring
- Blue food coloring
- Purple food coloring
- 6 cups cream
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, whisk sugar and flour. Mix in eggs, then blend in milk and butter, alternating between both.
2. Divide the batter bowls with 1 cup of batter in each. Add a couple drops of food coloring to each bowl, and whisk until incorporated and the batter is coloured.
3. Pour of crepe batter, and then tip the pan to cover the bottom surface. Cook the crepe starts to gently cook and bubble , then flip. Repeat until each the different colour crepe batter is used.
4. Stack crepes with whipped cream between each coating, beginning with crimson, then green, blue, orange, yellow, and purple, on top of one another.
5. And so it is completely white on the exterior, cover the cake cream.
6. Slice, and love!
