Coca-Cola Cake


I have produced a savory dip ahead with Coca-Cola and've always desired to bake with it and am so glad that I eventually did.It's an easy, no-mixer cake which you may create in 1 bowl and a spoonful. Love this.



The cake is soft and moist from the batter because of your can of Coke. There is another can of Coke from the frosting that reminds me of Texas Sheet Cake. The frosting pools upward in the edges of the pan and is plentiful. No complaints .

I do not suggest decreasing the sugar and recommend Coke, maybe not Coke Zero or Diet Coke, also used.

  4. 1/2 cup buttermilk
  5. 2 large eggs
