Ingredients:

  • Frosting
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Cake

  • 1 3/4 cups moist-style confetti cake mix (roughly half a box)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt.

Topping

1 tablespoon. rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:
  • Line a 12-cup muffin pan with baking cups, or spray it.
  • To make the frosting, combine butter, cream cheese and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Continue to beat while adding sugar. Beat until smooth, yet another 1 - 2 minutes.
  • In a second bowlcombine yogurt, cake mix, and also 3/4 cup water. Whisk until uniform and smooth. Distribute batter. 

  • Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of a cupcake comes out clean, 16 - 18 minutes.
  • Let cool about 10 minutes from the pan and 25 minutes from the pan.
