Carrot Cake Blondies

If you're searching Carrot Cake Blondies are here to save your day! This sugar blondie is full of exactly what we love most about carrot cake only with a brownie's feel. I took a large plate of these when we were putting up to the Huntsville Homeschool Prom past weekend along with also a dear friend said"I am going to eat half . I do not eat a good deal of candy" She came and found me minutes later and stated"Christy, I'm going to want my other half ..."

Drop spoonfuls of 1/2 of this batter on the top. Do not swirl just! Have a knife and swirl all this together a bit on the top.

Ingredients

  • Blondies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Cream Cheese Swirl
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions

  • In mixing bowl, stir together butter and brown sugar. Add salt whites, vanilla, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and egg and stir fry by hand, until blended and smooth.
  • In a bowl, place sugar, cream cheese, egg, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer till creamy and smooth.
  • Drop spoonfuls of 1/2 of this batter on the top. Do not swirl just! Drop spoonfuls of the remainder of the carrot cake batter on top of this then follow the remaining batter batter. Have a knife and swirl all this together a bit on the top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until it's lightly browned and place in the middle.

Notes

know I do fuss recipes over having you place one egg yolk may seem insignificant, but it makes a huge difference. Your mix will be more pliable Should you use the egg. It is going to function, but you will not manage to swirl it.
