Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 9 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 9 tablespoons coconut flour (level dimensions )
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 tablespoon Lakanto Monkfruit Powdered
  • 4 tablespoon Lakanto Monkfruit Powdered
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  • Grease a 9 X 9 pan.
  • Melt butter and permit it to cool.
  • Eggs, Lakanto Monkfruit Powdered, softened vanilla, heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, and baking powder.
  • Add coconut milk and butter to the mix and beat till blended.
  • Suggestion: be sure to assess the bread . Don't heap as it takes a little number of coconut flour to create this recipe dry because coconut milk is absorbent.
  • Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 20-24 minutes or till a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • In a saucepan include 4 tablespoons and 3/4 cup water Monkfruit Powdered.
  • Boil on medium/high till it thickens and reduces. It took approximately 6 minutes.
  • Cut slits at the top of the cake using a knife then pour on the syrup mix throughout the top of the cake.
  • In a small bowl, then add whipping cream, Lakanto Monkfruit Powdered, and vanilla.
  • Beat before the heavy cream has doubled in size also forms stiff peaks.
  • Distribute the whipped cream mixture on top of the cake.
  • Pour coconut coconut on top then simmer.

Notes
