Peach Pecan Upside Down Cake
I have got a upside down cake. I love how simple and enjoyable they are.
This yummy and mad confection begins with a cake mix, but we twist this up around 12 notches. And pecans and peaches are the ideal complements to the tastes. The one thing is just how simple it is.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Peel, pit, and slice the peaches. Grease a 10.5-inch cast iron skillet nicely and organize the peaches at the bottom. Sprinkle the pecans.
- In a small bowl, melt 1/2 cup butter and then blend in the sugar. Pour over the peaches and pecans.
- Melt the remaining 1/2 cup butter and then add it to a bowl with cinnamon, eggs, milk, and the cake mixture. Mix well. Pour over the peaches and sugar mix.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or till a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cover pan using invert and a platte
