× Cake:
- 1/2 cup of Steak Without Salt, Softens
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of thick cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of Steak Without Salt, Softens
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup of thick cream
× Decorate:
- 2 bits of Pecan
- 2 tablespoon Roasted Coconut
Instructions
× Cake:
- Coat the bottom of 2 9-inch cake pans with baking spray and paper with cooking spray.
- In a big bowl, combine salt, coconut, pecans, baking powder, and flour. Put aside.
- Sweeteners and cream butter together till fluffy and light.
- Separate eggs. Add the vanilla and the cream mixture.
- Mix the ingredients into the mix.
- In another bowl, mix the egg. Fold the egg white into the mixture. (Be sure to fold so the mix stays mild.)
- Pour the mix into both pan.
- Let it cool in the pan.
× Frosting:
- Insert vanilla and sweeteners and continue to shake. Add the cream gradually until the desired consistency is attained. (less or more lotion could be added based on the desired consistency of disperse )
- Spread the bottom layer with frosting use frosting to the top layer. Spread the portion round the sides.
- Bake softly. Skillet and pecans coconut on top of the coating to complete.
