EASY MOIST LEMON BUNDT CAKE
I really like desserts at the spring! Bright color and the flavor make me joyful. This bundt cake is simple to make. It drizzled with lemon zest cream cheese , and chocolate and is from scratch. It is a moist cake that is super and it'll disappear! Do not be afraid to try out this recipe because you are not a baker. I believe that this is a good recipe for beginners and everybody will think you are a pro!
In a mixing bowl beat butter and the cream cheese together until smooth. Beat in the sugar. Add a bit of food colour, milk and the lemon juice. Initially this is likely to look like not but it'll be. The simplest way to drizzle this on the cake would be to set the lotion cream frosting at a frosting bag and pipe on it.

INGREDIENTS
LEMON BUNDT CAKE
- 1 (15.25 ounce ) pkg.
- 1 (3.9 ounce ) ) pkg.
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 Tbs.
- 2 Tbs. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbs. Milk
- Yellow Food Coloring
Lemon Glaze
2 Tbs. Fresh Lemon Juice
White Chocolate
6 ounce White Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS
LEMON BUNDT CAKE
- Prepare by ensuring it's well greased a 10 cup bundt pan. (See my article for this particular recipe for a excellent hint on how to achieve this).
- In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mixture and the cake mixture.
- Add the cream, veg. Petroleum, water and eggs. Mix well.
- Bake in 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. A skewer should come out blank. Cool at least 30 minutes in the pan before turning out onto a rack.
- Beat in the sugar.
- Add the lemon juice 1 Tbs. Milk. If you think you want the icing a bit thinner then put in a bit more milk after beating nicely. If you'd like the icing to have a great hue, add a few drops of food coloring to it. Drizzle the bundt cake over.
Lemon Glaze
Whisk the ingredients for the glaze together and scatter it.
White Chocolate
Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the cake. I find it's most easy for me to melt the chocolate and immediately set it to drizzle it.
