Ingredients

  8. 1/2 cup (1 block ) butter
  9. 3/4 cup sugar
  10. 3 tbsp milk
  11. 2 cups (8 oz ) powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl add the flour, baking powder, and salt and blend to blend (see notice ). Put aside.
