- Spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with baking spray.
- Scraping bowl occasionally.
- Remove to cooling rack; put rack over waxed paper.
- Brush sides and top of cake using 3 tbsp melted butter. In small bowl, combine sugar and one tsp cinnamon until combined. Press 2 tbsp cinnamon mixture side and top of cake with hand.
